Fill Pack

Fill Pack in Cooling Towers enhance heat exchange by increasing the surface area where water and air interact. Made from PVC or Polypropylene, they break water into thin layers or droplets, maximising heat transfer as air carries heat away.

Air enters from the bottom (crossflow) or side (counterflow) while water flows from the top. Fill Pack come in two types: film fills, which create thin water layers for better air contact, and splash fills, which form droplets for efficient heat transfer at higher airspeeds. By improving evaporation, Fill Packs boost cooling efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
